 | Please call to obtain an RMA number, 716-553-8525. An RMA number is void
after (15) days from the date of the original issuance.

 | Please label each package as follows: Cyber Source,
Attn: RMA Dept., 1117 North Forest Road, Williamsville, New York 14221. Mark the
RMA number on each package clearly. Merchandise delivered to us without an RMA number or
with an invalid RMA number will be refused.

 | A proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice or record of payment
must accompany every return.
|
 | All returned products must be packed in their original boxes with all
accessories and documentation included. The final approval is contingent upon receipt and
inspection of returned products by Cyber Source.
|
 | All RMA shipments must be prepaid by the customer and delivered to the
above address, a COD shipment will be refused. The customer must insure and accept the
liability for loss or damage to the product(s).
|
 | Cyber Source will not cross-ship the products without
an appropriate guarantee. We will ship and pay for, in the same method you ship the
products to us, the replace or repaired products back to you.
|
 | Cyber Source will repair, replace, or substitute with
equal or higher level products, the defective products at our own discretion when
performing the service.
|
 | Cyber Source will take no responsibility for any data
left on hard drives or data loss due to a product failure. Backups of data must be
completed prior to the return of products by the customer.
|
 | If returned items are found to be functioning properly, customer will be
charged a minimum of $40.00US for service, plus $50.00US for each additional hour, to the
nearest half hour.

 | Please be advised that the service or credit may be delayed or otherwise
affected if the above procedures are not followed. Cyber Source will not
be responsible for any consequences due to non-compliance.
